Introduction: The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) published their first-ever Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) on the management of well appearing febrile infants aged 8-60 days in 2021. A system specific CPG and order set for the management of well-appearing febrile infants has been published across a rural health system to align with the AAP.
