1. Define fertility awareness based methods of family planning (FABMs).
2. Understand the physiologic basis of FABMs, and the biomarkers used.
3. Report effectiveness of FABMs to avoid and achieve pregnancy.
4. Consider which FABMs are most appropriate for specific patient populations.
