Description
Introduction: During the pandemic, nurse educators identified gaps in engagement, attendance, and participation among nursing staff in professional development and continuing education. Nurses reported a gap in confidence in practice regarding nurse sensitive indicators: Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infection (CAUTI), Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infections (CLABSI), falls, and Hospital Acquired Pressure Injuries (HAPI).
