Specific Aims:

1.Describe the demographics of patient population seen in the MaineHealth Post COVID clinic.

2.Describe the patterns of symptom presentations seen in people referred to the Post COVID clinic.

3.Describe the most common orders used to evaluate (labs, imaging, etc) and treat (prescription medications, OTC medications, supplements, referral orders, etc) patients presenting with Post COVID conditions.
