1. Describe the current epidemiology of substance use disorder in Maine.
2. Review evidence-based management of substance use disorder in pregnancy.
3. Summarize best practices for caring for infants with in-utero substance exposure, including updated approaches to neonatal opiate withdrawal syndrome.
4. Identify strategies for trauma-informed care to improve engagement and reduce stigma for families affected by substance use.
