Abstract
The article discusses current state of physician burnout which defined and measured by researchers. Topics discussed include demonstrated the significant relationships between physician burnout and the softer; decreasing burnout which lead to satisfied physicians and patients; and patient safety case centered on the using of medical resources, preventing patient harm.
