Abstract

A knowledge repository project is a way for a hospital to know itself and its experts. A better network of knowledge producers allows hospital staff to collaborate, learn from each other, and acknowledge each other's contributions in the complex health care environment. A knowledge repository project illustrates how hospital librarians can partner with their communities to facilitate the creation of new knowledge.
