Abstract
We report the successful use of ceftolozane/tazobactam (C/T) to treat a pulmonary exacerbation in a 35 year old female, post lung transplant, with cystic fibrosis (CF), malnutrition, chronic kidney disease, and multi-drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.
