Abstract

The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN)'s Healthy Work Environment National Collaborative (HWE-NC) and the International Learning Collaborative (ILC)'s Fundamentals of Care (FOC) models are two influential frameworks in healthcare improvement. These frameworks offer complementary strategies for enhancing both staff well-being and patient outcomes.
