Abstract
Objectives:
- Educate faculty on wellness theories and tools to improve flow, mindfulness, and resilience
- Use yoga practice to reinforce the practical application of flow, mindfulness, and resilience
- Show faculty how to analyze their own applications of wellness within their own day to day academic experience
- To determine if participation in a Wellness-Based intervention decreases the effects of daily stress and symptoms of burnout
