Description
A longitudinal skill building resilience curriculum is feasible for some members of a busy interdisciplinary clinical team with high work exhaustion. Future questions include 1) whether consistency of skill practice predicts improvement in burnout, mindfulness, meaning in work, and resilience; 2) whether sharing Initial Results Instrument Baseline Surveys Midpoint Surveys Records 13 8 Weekly Surveys 124 How many days did you practice this skill this week? Mean=2.17 curriculum improves team functioning.
